What happens at your first visit

Come five to ten minutes early. We’ll take your details and any medical history.

Tell us what’s bothering you and what you’d like. Bring a list of medicines you take.

Examine
A thorough check of teeth and gums, with digital X-rays only if they will change a decision.

Plan
We explain what we found, show you on screen, and talk through options and costs before any treatment.

- Your questions, written down so you don’t forget them
- For children: a favourite toy. Morning visits work best.
Nervous about the dentist?
Many people are. Tell us when you book. We will go slowly, explain each step first, agree on a signal for “stop”, and never rush you.

Usually, yes. Message us before you travel with your dates and what you need, and we’ll plan what can be completed during your stay.
Every six months for most people. We may suggest more often if you have gum disease, diabetes or are wearing braces.
